Lecturer’s Profile

Mariusz Rajca – the President of the Management Board of TOMRA Sorting in Poland. He has been professionally involved in the waste management and recycling industry for over 20 years.

For 10 years he was responsible for developing the activity of the leading supplier of technological installations for waste processing in Europe on the Polish market.  Since 2008 he has been managing TOMRA Sorting Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the Norwegian TOMRA Group, which is responsible for the Group’s activities in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

TOMRA Sorting designs, manufactures and supplies advanced sensor-assisted sorting technologies for the waste treatment and recycling industry, remaining a leader on the global and Polish market.  In Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, more than 100 treatment and recycling plants have been already using TOMRA Sorting technologies.
