ANNOTATION

As part of the utilisation of various EU funds – European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, Cohesion Fund etc. and within the relevant operational programmes we often encounter various forms of investment in project focusing on environmental protection, quality of the environment, renewable energy and waste management. Great emphasis is (or should be) placed on ensuring the return of these investments, and therefore on various institutions for securing the obligations of investors and the state. Knowledge of the various forms of security instruments brings advantage to the investors. We bring you an overview of these forms of security instruments.
