That is the reason why the current plan focuses on modernization and ecologization of the waste\u2013to\u2013energy plant (ZEVO OLO), in the scope of construction of a new steam grate boiler K3 and reconstruction of the already existing steam grate boiler K2.<\/span><\/p>\n

The modernization of ZEVO OLO is intended to increase the reliability and service life of the equipment, which will ensure compliance with current BAT WI and BREF WI (also BREF and BAT WT), with a positive impact on the environment and energy efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

The modernization of ZEVO OLO should bring sustainability of its service for the longest possible time with optimal investment and operating costs and minimization of necessary downtimes. An important part of modernization and ecologization is going to be the construction of a connection for the supply of heat to external customers, which arises during the activities of ZEVO OLO.<\/span><\/p>\n

The facility will recover waste by R1 activities – Use mainly as a fuel or to obtain energy in other ways, especially municipal waste, but the facility will also be able to recover industrial non-hazardous waste (alternative fuels made from waste).<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2008, his professional activities have focused solely on the sector of waste management. He was one of the first pioneers specializing in the constructions of lines for mechanical treatment of communal waste in Slovak Republic. In said activities, he created numerous analyses, strategies and policies orientated on waste management with focus on reducing the number and size of waste dumps.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2020 he holds the position of the manager for strategy and technical-investment development of the company Odvoz a likvid\u00e1cia odpadu, a.s.. Our main goal is to secure high-quality and effective services in the collection, recovery and elimination of communal and fine construction waste. Collected communal waste which cannot be recycled (or used in any other way) is being thermally recovered in the Facility for energetical use of waste.<\/span><\/p>\n
