By the end of 2021, free capacities for approximately 10.6 million were available at landfills for non-hazardous waste. tons of waste.<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking at these available landfill capacities for non-hazardous waste, these capacities are sufficient for approximately the next 4 to 5 years, given the amounts of landfilled waste in 2021. That is, approximately until the end of 2026, assuming that these landfills are not expanded.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the analysis of the individual intentions of the proposed activities and the notification of changes to the proposed activities for the expansion of waste landfills, in the period from the beginning of 2018 to May 2023, evaluated new capacities for waste disposal for another approximately 8.8 mil. tons of waste. Taking into account several assumptions (including mandatory waste treatment), it is possible to estimate that the planned expansion capacities of non-hazardous waste landfills could be sufficient for approximately the next 4-5 years. Together with taking into account the estimate for the existing capacity of landfills from the end of 2021, it would therefore be approximately the period around 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the results of the White Book of Waste Management in the Slovak Republic, there will be a more significant shift away from landfilling and the fulfillment of binding EU targets in the area of recycling and landfilling of municipal waste, it is necessary to build new capacities for material recovery of waste at the level of min. 390 thousand tons and also capacity for energy recovery of non-recyclable waste at the level of min. 600 thousand tons (assuming that both planned capacity increases of the existing ZEVO in Bratislava and Ko\u0161ice will be implemented).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” disable_element=”yes”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1680567513023{border-bottom-width: 1px !important;background-color: #55080d !important;border-bottom-color: #ffffff !important;border-bottom-style: dotted !important;border-radius: 1px !important;}”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Pri poh\u013eade na tieto vo\u013en\u00e9 kapacity skl\u00e1dok odpadov pre nie nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 odpady s\u00fa tieto kapacity posta\u010duj\u00face na pribli\u017ene 4 a\u017e 5 nasleduj\u00facich rokov, vzh\u013eadom na mno\u017estv\u00e1 skl\u00e1dkovan\u00fdch odpadov v\u00a0roku 2021. Teda pribli\u017ene do konca roka 2026, za predpokladu, \u017ee by sa tieto skl\u00e1dky neroz\u0161irovali.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pod\u013ea anal\u00fdzy jednotliv\u00fdch z\u00e1merov navrhovan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o zmene navrhovan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed pre roz\u0161irovanie skl\u00e1dok odpadov, boli v obdob\u00ed od za\u010diatku roka 2018 a\u017e po m\u00e1j 2023, hodnoten\u00e9 nov\u00e9 kapacity na zne\u0161kod\u0148ovanie odpadov pre \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pribli\u017ene 8,8 mil. ton odpadov. Pri zoh\u013eadnen\u00ed viacer\u00fdch predpokladov (vr\u00e1tane povinnej \u00fapravy odpadov) je mo\u017en\u00e9 odhadn\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee pripravovan\u00e9 kapacity roz\u0161irovania skl\u00e1dok nie nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch odpadov by mohli posta\u010dova\u0165 na pribli\u017ene \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 4-5 rokov. Spolu so zoh\u013eadnen\u00edm odhadu pre existuj\u00face kapacity skl\u00e1dok z\u00a0konca roku 2021 by sa teda jednalo pribli\u017ene o obdobie okolo roku 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n
