It will include a brief evaluation of the previous operational programme from the perspective of waste management, the number of supported projects in the public and private sectors, and the amount of financial resources allocated to support them.<\/p>\n

The main part of the lecture will cover the starting points for the creation of the existing operational programme, where the intention to support waste management will be presented. The amount of aid and the aid schemes for individual types of support will also be presented. The focus will be on highlighting the same types and focus of aid, as well as the differences compared to previous operational programmes.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the current situation in the field of waste project support will be analyzed, including calls for proposals for support in waste management. The main emphasis will be placed on the problems of project preparation, implementation, and, last but not least, their sustainability. The focus will be on the time schedule from the preparation of individual calls, their announcement, project selection, contracting, implementation to their successful implementation and sustainability for a specified period. This part will also include an analysis of the preparation of further calls within the framework of the given operational programme, which will focus on waste management. Hlavn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 predn\u00e1\u0161ky bude zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 v\u00fdchodisk\u00e1 pri tvorbe existuj\u00faceho opera\u010dn\u00e9ho programu, kde bude prezentovan\u00fd z\u00e1mer podpory v\u00a0odpadovom hospod\u00e1rstve. Bude prezentovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka pomoci a taktie\u017e sch\u00e9my pomoci pre jednotliv\u00e9 druhy podpory. V\u00a0centre pozornosti bude pouk\u00e1zanie na rovnak\u00e9 druhy a\u00a0zameranie pomoci, ako aj na odli\u0161nosti oproti predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim opera\u010dn\u00fdm programom. \u010ealej bude zanalyzovan\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia v\u00a0r\u00e1mci podpory projektov odpadov, vyhl\u00e1sen\u00fdch v\u00fdziev na podporu v\u00a0odpadovom hospod\u00e1rstve. Tu sa bude hlavn\u00fd d\u00f4raz kl\u00e1s\u0165 na probl\u00e9my pri pr\u00edprave projektov, ich implemet\u00e1cii a\u00a0v\u00a0neposlednom rade na ich udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165. V\u00a0centre pozornosti bude \u010dasov\u00fd harmonogram od pr\u00edpravy jednotliv\u00fdch v\u00fdziev, ich vyhl\u00e1senia, v\u00fdber projektov, ich zazmluvnenie, realiz\u00e1ciu a\u017e po ich \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 zrealizovanie a\u00a0udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165 po stanoven\u00fa dobu.
