The presented research aims to improve thermochemical processes and optimize operating conditions for the energy-material utilization of waste using an advanced AI-supported predictive model to increase process efficiency.<\/p>\n

The international project AI-WASTE considers the operation of facilities with different operating principles (incineration, gasification, pyrolysis), levels of development (TRL 4 – TRL 8), different scales (6 kW – 6 MW), and different monitored outputs (thermal energy, flue gas purity, syngas quality, solid residue, pyrolysis oil\u2026).<\/p>\n

The main goal of the study is the development of controllable, portable software as a carrier of an interconnected neural network able to predict the outputs of thermochemical processes and optimize their operation. The use of artificial intelligence in the operation of waste-to-energy technologies can have a significant impact on operational efficiency and the overall view of waste management. As part of his doctoral studies, he expanded this focus to include the catalytic synthesis of liquid hydrocarbon substances with the potential to strengthen energy self-sufficiency.<\/p>\n

He is currently a member of the Innovation and Safety research group<\/strong>, where he coordinates several national and international projects focused on alternative energy processes and related technologies. His work is aimed at applicable results and professional publications.<\/p>\n

The university is primarily focused on technologies, which are the main domain of not only six of the seven faculties, but also four research centers, where the topic of energy and the environment is strongly emphasized. In the Research Energy Center, research activities are oriented towards sustainable energy and the effective use of secondary raw materials.<\/p>\n

V r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9ho mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho projektu AI-WASTE je zohledn\u011bn provoz za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s r\u016fzn\u00fdm pracovn\u00edm principem (spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, zply\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, pyrol\u00fdza), \u00farovn\u00ed v\u00fdvoje (TRL 4 – TRL 8), r\u016fzn\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem (6 kW – 6 MW) a r\u016fzn\u00fdmi sledovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupy (tepeln\u00e1 energie, \u010distota spalin, kvalita syngazu, tuh\u00fd zbytek, pyrol\u00fdzn\u00ed olej\u2026)<\/p>\n

Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem studie je v\u00fdvoj ovladateln\u00e9ho, p\u0159enositeln\u00e9ho software jako nosi\u010de prov\u00e1zan\u00e9 neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b se schopnost\u00ed predikovat v\u00fdstupy termochemick\u00fdch proces\u016f a optimalizovat jejich provoz. Vyu\u017eit\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence p\u0159i provozu odpad zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch technologi\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd dopad na efektivitu provozu a celkov\u00fd n\u00e1hled na odpadov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. V sou\u010dasnosti je \u010dlenem v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 skupiny Inovace a bezpe\u010dnost<\/strong>, kde koordinuje n\u011bkolik n\u00e1rodn\u00edch i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projekt\u016f zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na alternativn\u00ed energetick\u00e9 procesy a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed technologie.
